Find your size in a minute

Every jersey page states its fit type — men, women, unisex, youth, toddler or infant. Match that label, then open the chart that matches it.

• Between two sizes? Size up for a relaxed fit that layers over a base layer, size down for a close athletic fit.
• Measure your chest and body length, then compare them against the chart — every program lists chest, length and sleeve.
• Runs can shift a little between programs and fabric weights, so the product page measurement beats a generic table.
• Send us your chest measurement and the program, and we will tell you which size to order.

Care Guide

Keep the fit exactly as bought

Pre-shrunk cotton can still lose a little length in a hot wash with tumble drying. Two habits keep a jersey game-ready for seasons.

• Wash cold and line dry. A hot wash with tumble drying is the one thing that shrinks the body length.
• Full care instructions are printed on every product page — check them before the first wash.
• Try a jersey on over your base layer rather than against bare skin: unworn, unwashed, tags attached is the easiest state to return from.
• Spot-clean trim and lettering where you can, and never iron straight onto a printed name or number.

Shipping

From our warehouse to your door

Every order is tracked, and the tracking link arrives by email the moment the parcel is scanned — no account needed.

• Most in-stock items are prepared within 1–3 business days. Weekends and public holidays are not counted.
• Standard shipping is free on orders of $68 or more; below that a flat rate is shown at checkout.
• Typical delivery window is 7–15 business days from dispatch, for domestic and international destinations alike.
• International parcels ship tracked; import duties, taxes and customs fees are set by your country and paid by the recipient.
• Custom and personalized items are produced for one order, so they run 3–7 business days instead of the standard 1–3.

Returns

30 days to change your mind

The return clock starts when the carrier first scans the parcel — not when you open the box. Send us your order number and we will issue a return address.

• Returnable: in-stock items that are unworn, unwashed and still tagged — plus anything with a manufacturing or printing fault.
• Not returnable: custom or personalized items, worn or washed items, and clearance or final-sale products.
• Postage is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect — in that case we cover it.
• Fastest exchange: return the original and place a new order. For in-stock sizes we can also ship the replacement first.
• Damaged or wrong item? Contact us within 7 business days with your order number and photos.

Track Order

Where is my parcel right now

Order numbers look like a short string of letters and numbers. You will find it in the confirmation email, at the top of your order history, or on the packing slip.

Tracking can take a few hours to show its first scan, and international parcels often sit at a local facility for a while. If a domestic parcel has not moved for several business days, message us with your order number and delivery postcode and we will open a trace with the carrier.
